Q: Can I wear Mascara on Lash Perfect lashes?
A: Yes – if you choose to wear mascara we recommend using Lash Perfect Mascara, specifically formulated for use with Lash Perfect extensions. These mascaras are water washable, gentle and safe. Generally, water proof mascara and some cleansers will weaken the bond of the lash extensions. We recommend Lash Perfect gentle eye make-up remover.

A: Yes – as a Lash Perfect professional you can offer your client a tailor made image, using our comprehensive range of lashes. Available in 1mm increments from 6mm up to 15mm lengths and in 3 various thicknesses. fine, thick and extra thick. This will enable you to create the right image for each individual customer according to her lifestyle and preference.

Q: Tell me about coloured lashes?
A: Lashes are available in a variety of colours, currently blue, green, violet, wine and brown, these lashes can be used as a total image change or mixed in with black lashes to give a subtle tone. The coloured lashes are sold in smaller packets of 1000 count, to enable you to try this exciting concept at a more affordable price.

Q: Should my client have her eyelashes tinted before having Lash Perfect applied?
A: It is not necessary to tint the lashes before application unless the natural lashes are extremely light. If a client requests an eyelash tint, this can be done before application. Lashes cannot be tinted or permed after application.

Q: Can I use Eyelash Curlers?
A: Eyelash Curlers should not be used as the heat will disturb the adhesive. Generally, lash curlers are not need as the gentle J curl of the Lash Perfect gives the effect of them being curled.

Q: Can I apply eyelash extensions if eyelashes are permed or very curled?
A: It is generally easier to apply extensions on lashes that are straight or slightly curled up. If a natural lash has too much curl it can be very difficult to get the extension to adhere correctly to the curled lash. During our training we explain the various procedures of adhering the Lash Perfect. You will be told how to explain to your client the expectations of the lashes.

Q: Are Lash Perfect extensions safe?
A: Yes – they are completely safe when the application is undertaken by a trained professional. The bonding agent is extremely strong and should not go onto the skin. We therefore train you in the correct technique needed to apply the lashes safely and without irritation to the eye or skin. The surrounding eye area is well protected so eliminating any potential eye and skin irritation. The eyes are closed throughout the whole procedure making the treatment relaxing and enjoyable.

Q: After care for Lash Perfect – what do I advise the client?
A: Lash Perfect need minimal care. It is necessary to avoid oils and oily eye make-up remover as they will loosen the adhesive bond of the extension. Rubbing, scratching and pulling will spoil the effect and shorten the life.

Q: Can I use eye make-up?
A: Eye make-up can be applied as normal however, we recommend you avoid using water-proof mascara. We recommend our especially formulated Mascara and gentle Eye Make-up Remover which is both reasonably priced and essential to the upkeep of the lashes.

Q: Can I wear contact lenses?
A: We recommend contact lenses are removed during the application procedure as a general precaution. There is no reason why contact lenses cannot be worn directly after application and throughout the life of your Lash Perfect.

Q: Can extensions be applied onto the eyelid in the absence of a natural lash?
A: Because the correct application of Lash Perfect involves placing a single lash extension to a single natural eyelash without touching the skin you cannot apply Lash Perfect extensions where there is no eyelash. Q: How long do Lash Extensions last?
A: A full set of Lash Perfect lashes should last untouched for up to 4 weeks. However, most people are so delighted with their lashes they want to keep them for longer and therefore we recommend a top up appointment every two weeks to keep them looking pristine. For clients who would like to wear them on a long term basis we recommend a fresh set every 3 months.

A: The lashes are applied in view of them staying on for up to 4 weeks, therefore the removal process while easy for a professional should not be undertaken by a customer. There is a special professional remover that is a salon only product and used correctly will remove the lashes with ease and without damaging the natural lash.
